即將八月到來的奧運，將炎熱的希臘炒地熱騰騰地！The whole Athens was “frying” due to the coming Olympic Games in August.
走在雅典街頭，到處都可以看到這種販賣奧運紀念品的商店，似乎也讓我感受到希臘人對於奧運在108年後重歸故土的重視程度。雖然許多工程都尚未完工，離八月的大日子只剩下短短不到兩個月，不過就如蜜兒多所說，以希臘人的性情，總會在最後一刻完成所有工程的，也希望八月的奧運，能夠對希臘今年稍嫌衰退的觀光業帶來復甦之喜。
Walking on the street, one could find these kinds of souvenir shops almost everywhere. It made me feel how much emphasis and energy they put into the whole preparation for the homecoming of the Olympic Game after 108 years. Though it’s coming in less than two months and many constructions are yet to complete. Like what Mirto said, with the Greek nature it’d eventually be completed at the last moment. They do hope that the Olympic Game will bring lots of people in for the recovery of the tourism industry.
